Grey Limitation[2] /installation/Inflatable/2m x 3m/2019
Grey Limitation transforms the large grey barricades that shield governmental and diplomatic buildings in Egypt into colorful inflatable obstructions. In Cairo, these concrete blocks dominate public space, controlling movement and symbolizing authority.
By recreating them as soft, inflatable forms, the work mocks their rigidity and questions the aesthetics of power. What is usually heavy and intimidating becomes fragile and slightly absurd. The piece reveals how control often depends on visual dominance, turning an architecture of fear into something playful and temporary.
