Stratosphere/Photography installation/2016

Gallery exhibitions are often static: once works are installed, they remain unchanged until the show ends. Social media, by contrast, offers an open and fluid space for circulating images, enabling constant updates and ongoing dialogue. On August 5, 2014, a process began of regularly uploading black-and-white photographs to a public Facebook account. These images taken during personal, public, and artistic moments are numbered and archived in a single digital file, accompanied by links to related articles, audio recordings, or videos.

The project brings this evolving online archive into the gallery by printing and mounting a selection of photographs on the wall alongside the written link to the public Facebook page. Visitors encounter the work both physically and digitally, experiencing a fixed installation while being invited to follow the continuously expanding online exhibition, where new images are added daily and the project remains in motion beyond the gallery space.
